Before we planned to develop an app that would cover the medical industry only but at a later stage it was decided that through this app users can book not just the medical industry but all other services also. So the challenge for us was to include every industry which has different services and different kinds of bookings.
To surmount this challenge we enabled the associates to take their industry and add necessary features while building the profile and allowed customers to schedule according to the industry they decided to facilitate the method.
