ChatGPT can Access the Internet from Booking Ticketing to Shopping

OpenAI’s ChatGPT has introduced new realms of possibilities. The AI-powered chatbot, which was introduced in November 2022, quickly gained popularity because of its capacity to create a variety of content from natural language prompts. Additionally, we’re starting to make it possible for programmers to build custom ChatGPT plugins, according to a post on OpenAI’s official blog.

The business has released a number of plugins, but its web-browsing plugin seems to be the most intriguing and useful. This plugin basically means that ChatGPT will now be able to pull data from across the web to give answers to prompts from users. The plugin will cite sources and use the Bing Search API to retrieve content. It will also display links to websites ChatGPT visited while creating its responses.

Along with the web-browsing plugin, OpenAI appears to have been working on a number of ChatGPT plugins that will allow users to make restaurant reservations, travel arrangements, grocery purchases, and solve challenging mathematical equations. All this is feasible owing to some of the early collaborator plugins such as FiscalNote, Instacart, Klarna, Milo, Kayak, OpenTable, Shopify, Slack, Zapier, etc. that have joined OpenAI.
