For Facebook creators, Meta has introduced new comment moderation tools that simplify the process for them to examine moderation statistics and manage conversations. From its Facebook page Meta for Creators, the firm made the announcement on Tuesday.

The inline comment preview and criterion tag in Moderation Assist’s activity log allow users to see which conditions are satisfied for hiding comments, according to the business.

The “Moderation Assist’s Activity Log” now allows creators to view “moderation data,” such as the amount of comments that have been hidden during the past 30 days.

Additionally, according to the firm, creators may now use Comments Manager in the Professional Dashboard to “perform bulk actions, such as liking or concealing,” and search comments on their posts by keywords like emojis, commenter names, and date.

In the meantime, Meta had already declared that it would be making changes to its ad system, which would include taking away the possibility for marketers to target people under the age of 18 on Facebook and Instagram based on gender.
